Role Overview
Our firm is seeking a Junior Associate who will support client campaigns, assist with project coordination, and contribute to delivering excellent service while learning from top experts in our industry.
How You’ll Make an Impact:

Assist with campaign schedules, issue research, and the preparation of analytic reports under the supervision of senior team members.

Support the team in understanding and leveraging our offerings for client campaigns.

Help maintain regular contact with clients to understand and address their needs, under guidance.

Provide digital media campaign support, including content brainstorming, social media monitoring, and collaborating with the creative team to develop content.

Draft and edit outward communication materials for clients, such as emails, blog posts, memos, and other campaign-related documents.

Participate in both online and offline tactics for issue advocacy campaigns.

Assist with general project management tasks, including scheduling meetings, tracking deadlines, and coordinating with vendors.

Help maintain the library of client information and ensure records are up to date.
Why We’ll Love You:

Bachelor’s degree (or working toward one) in Communications, Public Relations, Political Science, or a related field preferred.

Internship or up to 1 year of experience in a campaign, agency, or related environment (public relations, communications, or public affairs) is a plus.

Interest in digital fundraising and campaign operations.

Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Attention to detail and good organizational skills.

Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, campaign-style environment.

Willingness to travel occasionally for client events and meetings.
